Job description
Sodalis Senior Living is looking for a Front Desk Concierge for our Assisted Living community in Largo . This position will assist visitors, families and residents and other management team members with all assigned tasks. This position is an important first impression to all residents, families and visitors, both via phone and in person. Excellent customer service skills are an absolute MUST.

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform administrative support for the community, and/or associates.
Respond to resident requests and assist in the coordination of services for residents, families, and guests.
Operation of the front desk.
Distribute messages throughout the community.
Interact and build relationships with residents, family members, and associates.
Answer phones for both external calls and calls within the company.
Greet visitors and assist as necessary.
Clean office and lobby areas as needed including, but not limited to, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
Respond to questions and requests from residents, staff, family, and visitors in a timely manner.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Skills/Requirements:
Stands and walks short distances most of the working day.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be in possession of, or could obtain, a valid state driver’s license.
Excellent organization, customer service, and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Must be able to read, write and speak the English language and be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members
Must be able to assist in the evacuation of residents.
Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with the residents and staff.
Must be able to work weekends.
