You are critical in providing organized support for the Better at Home program and aiding senior services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enter program data for accurate reporting
• Update service notes and maintain client records
• Contact clients on the waitlist to gather information
• Administer the BC Farmers’ Market Nutrition Coupon Program
• Track housekeeper records and maintain training certifications
Requirements:
• Prior experience in administrative roles, preferably in community
• Familiarity with client management and data systems
• Experience working with older adult populations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
