We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Coordinator/ Office Administrator to join our team.
Qualifications:
4-year college degree required (Bachelor’s Degree)
Minimum of one (1) year experience working in a Human Resources Department is required
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office is a must.
Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Human Resources position is to provide administration of the day-to-day responsibilities of the Human Resources Department and to provide administrative support to the Office Supervisor and managers
The Human Resources Coordinator / Office Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative functions including office supplies, coordination of office functions and operations
Maintains all electronic personnel files in compliance with licensing requirements, labor laws, and other federal or state regulations governing employment records
Ensure any filing is completed according to set procedures and timeframes
Assist with processing new hires, including scheduling pre-employment appointments, tracking pre-employment background clearances, and updating status
Provides support on projects such as the preparation of training materials and manuals.
