Distinctive Door Designs (DDD) is a leading manufacturer of high-quality Cabinet Doors and Drawer Boxes based in Princeton, MN. With a team of approximately 35 employees, we take pride in delivering precision-crafted products to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Position Overview:
Office Admin / CSR will be responsible for helping with order entry, job scheduling, customer service, and light office administration. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, accurate with numbers, tech-savvy, and a problem solver with a great attitude. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is comfortable working with data and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Entry & Job Scheduling:
Accurately enter customer orders into our Orders database and ensure all details are correct.
Schedule jobs efficiently, coordinating production timelines with internal teams.
Monitor order progress and proactively communicate any delays or changes.
Customer Service:
Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding orders, lead times, and general inquiries.
Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email.
Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Office Administration & Purchasing:
Handle light office administrative tasks, including purchasing office supplies and maintaining office organization.
Scan and file documents to keep records up to date.
Assist with internal communications and scheduling as needed.

Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in an office, administrative, or customer service role (preferably in manufacturing).
Strong computer skills, including experience with order management software, Microsoft Excel, and email communication.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Experience with job scheduling or working in a production environment is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
