Responsibilities

Track the progress of jobs from inspection and estimate approval through job completion.
Obtain and organize all required documentation for each job, ensuring proper distribution.
Field calls from customers and team members, providing helpful and friendly assistance.
Oversee office administrative and compliance operations.
Handle new job intake by fielding calls and assisting clients.
Problem-solve and assist in finding solutions for customers and team members.
Support the community by helping clients navigate the restoration process.
Learn about construction and home building processes while working alongside industry professionals.
Contribute to a fun, collaborative, and growing business.
