This role provides administrative support across various business functions while offering a clear career pathway into sales. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day office management, documentation, and coordination, gradually taking on sales process-related responsibilities such as financial reporting and accounting. This position is ideal for a proactive individual looking to further their career and gain experience supporting with the sales process.

Our Administrative Assistant will:

Carry out general administrative tasks and support to the management team as directed

Support the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure

Maintain financial records and digital filing systems, including invoicing and reconciliation

Develop and maintain sales and financial reports and dashboards

Track key sales metrics

Monitor accounts receivable/payable and follow up on outstanding payments

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (preferred)

1-3 years of administrative experience with exposure to the sales process is advantageous

Strong organisational and multitasking skills

High attention to detail and accuracy in financial and administrative tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Valid Category B Driving Licence

Proficiency in finance, accounting or sales software (preferred)
