Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of our construction and real estate organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical and organizational skills, as well as have some exposure to construction, real estate and/or project management. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Duties

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Hands on assistance with the day to day operations of the new home construction.
Serve as a point of contact for clients.
Serve as go-to office problem solver for small office staff.
Coordinate off-site workers such as draftspeople and interior designers
Problem-solving ability with simple office tech issues.
Willingness to learn about design and construction processes both office and in-the-field.

Qualifications

Proficient with MS Office suite
Superior communication skills
Team player who supports and roots for those around them

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
