Contract Duration: Start ASAP to January 31st, 2026

Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Location: 4733 W. Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90027 (100% Onsite with potential travel between Los Angeles Medical Center buildings)

Education: High School Diploma required; Some college preferred but not required.

Experience: 3 years of related administrative experience.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Interview Process: Virtual interviews via Zoom.

Top Three Responsibilities:

Serve as a key point of contact, communicating effectively with Fellows, Residents, and Program Directors.

Manage scheduling for meetings, including ordering and setting up catering (lunches) and audiovisual equipment.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to Cardiology and Radiology training programs.

Top Three Skillsets Needed:

Strong Verbal and Written Communication: Ability to interact professionally and clearly with various stakeholders.

Good Organizational Skills and Time Management: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in all administrative tasks and communications.

Additional Information:

Parking will be provided at the primary work location.

Dress code is Business Casual.

This role is a temporary assignment to cover a maternity leave.

Comfortable with the use of Office applications is required.
