We’re a small, family-owned lawn care and landscaping company looking for a tech-savvy, coachable, and self-motivated Office Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This is not your typical corporate role— we’re a close-knit team where flexibility, initiative, and a positive attitude go a long way.

You’ll work directly with the owners, sales reps, and team members, helping keep our operations organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who loves problem-solving, is eager to learn, and takes ownership of their work.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily invoicing and accounts receivable
Daily scheduling and dispatching
Field phone calls when CSR is unavailable
Handle frustrated or concerned clients with empathy and professionalism to protect relationships and reduce risk
Onboard new team members when needed
Manage weekly payroll
Monitor and restock office supplies, snacks, drinks, and other needs to keep the office running efficiently
Use our CRM and other tools for scheduling, invoicing, and communication (Apple computers, cloud-based software, etc.)

Basic Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Fluent in English
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Comfortable with Apple computers and learning new software
High school diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
