We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting our leadership in achieving their goals.

Duties

Manage executive schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Google Suite.
Maintain office organization through effective office management practices.
Provide administrative support for various projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Assist with customer service inquiries and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Handle front desk responsibilities, including answering phone systems and greeting visitors.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.

Experience

Proven experience in an executive administrative support role or as a personal assistant.
Strong skills in office management and administrative tasks.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
Previous experience handling phone systems and front desk operations is preferred.
Previous accounting experience is preferred.
Previous experience using QuickBooks is preferred.
Previous experience with in property management is preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
