We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the executive staff, managing daily office operations, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask and prioritize tasks, and have strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet visitors and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
Organize and maintain filing systems.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Provide administrative support to staff members.
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, or database software.
SureLC Knowledge preferable but not required.
Assist with client contracting.

**Benefits to begin after 90 days of employment**
