About the Role: Order Processing/Customer Service
This customer-facing position is key to our day-to-day operations. You’ll be the go-to expert for entering and managing customer orders from start to finish—making sure every order is smooth, accurate, and on time.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
Entering customer POs into our ERP system (Sage X3)
Verifying item details, pricing, delivery addresses, and allowances
Sending PO acknowledgments and communicating changes
Collaborating with teams across Sales, Production, Logistics, and Finance
Printing pick sheets and ensuring timely fulfillment
Invoicing and inter-site transfers
Maintaining top-tier customer service and internal communication
Requirements:
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong communication and attention to detail
2+ years of office experience, especially in customer service or order entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
A team-first attitude with a professional, proactive mindset
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Experience in Sage X3 a plus (not required)
