About the Role:
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Admin/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, manage financial records, and ensure smooth office administration while upholding our brand’s commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Duties
Manage and organize daily office operations, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication.
Maintain company records, including contracts, permits, and project files.
Assist in coordinating project timelines and supporting project managers as needed.
Bookkeeping Duties
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and other required platforms
Process accounts payable/receivable and reconcile bank statements.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Manage payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Track job costing and support financial analysis for ongoing projects.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Admin/Bookkeeper, preferably in the construction or remodeling industry.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Familiarity with job costing, construction billing, and AIA documentation is a plus.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
