JOB TITLE SUMMARY
Job Title: Data Processor, Operations
Division: Fiscal Affairs

Reports To: Assistant Vice President, Procurement and Operations

Job Summary
The data entry processor is responsible for processing all financial transactions across various departments involved in campus operations. This position is also responsible for facilitating and coordinating facility usage requests.
Essential Job Functions and Performance Indicators
The intent of this job description is to provide a representation of the types of duties and level of responsibility that will be required of positions given this title. Job Responsibilities and Execution
Analyzes and processes expense reports related to university issued credit cards
Manages petty cash fund
Processes requisitions for all departments within Operations
Processes facility requests in EMS
Coordinates services affiliated with facility requests
Secures and processes external rental documentation including invoicing
Addresses daily facility usage inquiries
Manages beverage and catering requests
Service Excellence
Supports the
mission
of the University and serves as an ambassador of the Q2 culture of service excellence
Models, supports, and holds others accountable to the
University’s values
Provides timely customer support for daily operations inquiries
Communication, Teamwork and Collaboration
Coordinates with Manager, Operations Systems on EMS needs
Communicates and coordinates with cost center managers on administrative tasks
Communicates and coordinates with various stakeholders regarding facility needs
Job may require other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications – An equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered. Additional requirements may be designated by position.
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities – May be representative, but not all inclusive, of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform this job competently.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse communities and cultures
Strong diligence and critical thinking
Microsoft Office Suite and database systems experience
Highly organized and able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication
