Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to take on the dual role of CRM Analyst & Office Administrator. This unique position combines the responsibilities of managing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform with overseeing daily office operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and a skilled multitasker, capable of optimizing CRM processes while ensuring efficiency in office operations, fostering a positive work environment.
CRM Specialist Responsibilities:
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including managing CRM data and tools.
Route sales leads, order specifications, etc. expeditiously through CRM systems to support sales, sourcing, and design services.
Administer, configure, and maintain CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to align with organizational goals.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights, providing regular reports on performance metrics and key CRM initiatives.
Develop and manage segmentation strategies to create personalized, data-driven marketing campaigns.
Design and implement CRM campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and loyalty programs, to drive engagement and retention.
Work with IT and other departments to integrate CRM tools with other business systems for seamless data sharing and reporting.
Provide training and guidance to team members on CRM best practices and functionality.
Office Supervisor Responsibilities:
Manage office supply inventory (office, kitchen, and bathroom) and ensure timely restocking.
Act as the primary point of contact for utilities, cleaning services, maintenance, etc.
Help plan and execute team events, celebrations, and outings that foster engagement and inclusivity.
Maintain calendars for birthdays, anniversaries, and other significant milestones, coordinating gifts or activities as needed.
Use platforms like FoodLogiQ and TraceGains to ensure compliance with certifications and audits.
Manage outgoing mail, including preparation, labeling, and tracking to ensure accurate deliveries.
Oversee the office spend budget, ensuring expenses align with company policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
Proven experience in CRM management (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and administrative roles.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis, reporting, and customer segmentation.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in office management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
Familiarity with compliance platforms like FoodLogiQ or TraceGains is a plus.
Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, or APIs for CRM customization is an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits:
Based salary of $50,000-$55,000 plus 5% bonus contingent on customer performance
