We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized administrative assistant who has experience creating reports and managing workflows. The administrative assistant will work directly with the executive level and will be responsible for handling all their correspondence, creating presentations, and providing general administrative support. The successful candidate for this position will have the opportunity to grow within our company, enjoy a comprehensive benefits package and be an integral part of our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Perform data entry; answer emails; take on a variety of office tasks.
Confirm appointments.
Plan lunch menus and handle catering arrangements.
Handle office expenses.
Set up meeting rooms and equipment.
Clerical work.
Plan and organize staff meetings.
Maintain office supplies.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $22.00 – $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
