ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT I Jobs in Panama City, FL at The State of Florida

Herbst Homes is looking to add another bright and talented individual to our growing team. We are in need of an office administrator / assistant bookkeeper to handle our AP/AR, in our office. Applicant should be proficient in QuickBooks Desktop, Microsoft Office, and Adobe PDF. Organization, multi-tasking, and attention to detail are a must. Salary will be based off experience. Only applicants who have at least 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
