We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented candidate to join our office team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks and procedures in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will also be highly organized and able to multi-task on busy days.
Responsibilities:
Maintain office organized.
Assist in the maintenance of office policies and procedures.
Manage mail, telephone calls (low amount of calls), and other general office duties.
Provide administrative support for senior staff members.
Assist with Accounts Payables – Bills and Purchase Orders.
Assist with preparing “Request for Quotes” on material needed for production.
Organize and maintain files – hard copy and digital.
Extensive knowledge of Excel and using formulas/macros
Scan documents
Assist with shipping – when needed
Order office and shop supplies
Over-time can also be offered.
