The Warehouse Administrative Manager is responsible for the onsite support of operations administration. They work closely with the onsite management team, Corporate Operations, and Human Resources to ensure compliance in system administration that will include labor management, reporting, inventory, traffic control, and material planning.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

Manages shipping, receiving, and inventory controls of materials.
Oversees all inbound, outbound, and internal logistics.
Maintains and reports customer materials inventories.
Partners with onsite management team to ensure highest level of customer service.
Ensures timely and accurate reporting of operations and administrative data.
Assists in the administration of onsite HR principles, processes, and practices, include recruiting, staffing, orientation, timekeeping, attendance, reporting, performance management, and scheduling.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Education: Associate’s Degree (2-year college or technical school): Preferred
Experience: 3+ years of experience in Business, Operations, HR Administration
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
