About Us

We are a leading community management firm based in Pleasanton, CA, dedicated to providing exceptional service to homeowners associations (HOAs). We are seeking a Billing Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support our accounting and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Process monthly billing and collections of homeowner association dues.
Respond to homeowner inquiries related to payments and billing.
Research and reconcile account balances and payment histories.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
Assist with various administrative accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Professional demeanor with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and quickly learn new software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Prior experience in an office, banking, or professional environment is a plus.
