ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II Jobs in Tampa, FL at The State of Florida

Under general direction, document and track referrals submitted to NBT manually and on computerized tracking system.

Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a associate’s degree from an accredited college or university, and one year of experience providing administrative support to management in the behavioral mental health field. Need someone who is dedicated, computer literate, independent, fast learner with eagerness to learn, experienced customer service and well spoken. Required to work some weekends.

This is an entry-level position starting at $15.00/hour

Duties to include:
1. Open/Close Office
2. Screen calls, take messages, direct calls to appropriate personnel and address patient concerns
3. Maintain appointment spreadsheet for doctor, nurse and assessors (efficient with Microsoft Excel)
4. Coordinate activities to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects;
5. Assist with all other staff administratively
6. Maintain a reporting system for assessors; and monitor completions of tasks
7. Maintain computerized record keeping system to meet processing and reporting requirements; receive and respond to inquiries from the general public and other agencies; resolve a variety of complaints from the general public, including referral sources and consumers.
8. Collect information from patients

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
