The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative and bookkeeping tasks, communicate effectively with salespeople and vendors, and be comfortable managing multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments
Enter and process weekly payments, including checks and electronic transfers
Manage bookkeeping tasks for multiple companies, ensuring accurate allocation and record-keeping
Work extensively with Excel to create and update reports
Perform administrative duties like managing parking tickets, violations, and other office tasks
Communicate with salespeople to provide direction and relay any issues
Handle customer and vendor invoices and payments
Assist with occasional personal tasks and errands
Update website items and assist with general office duties:

Requirements

Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage evolving responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule:

$25–$30 per hour, based on qualifications
Monday to Thursday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Friday, 9 AM – 1 PM
