Sliger & Associates Inc. is a Port Orange, FL based land surveying and engineering services firm that has been family-owned and operated for more than 50 years. We are looking for drug free, experienced, hard-working individuals to join our team in the following full-time position:

Admin / Billing Assistant:

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and process invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling, document preparation, and data entry

Answer and direct phone calls; act as a point of contact for clients and vendors

Maintain organized project files and records

Assist with tracking project progress and deadlines

Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, scanning, and filing

Qualifications:

Previous experience in an administrative or billing role preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)

Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with land surveying or construction industry is a plus

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

Compensation: Based on experience
