This is a full-time (40 hours/week), on-site contract role located in Los Angeles, CA.
Summary
We’re seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant II to support senior managers and departmental operations. This role provides critical administrative support while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, calendar management, and communications flow. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, helping maintain a professional and efficient environment.
Our Ideal Candidate
3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant
Passion for supporting dynamic teams with a strong foundation in calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong organizational and multitasking skills
Familiar with administrative policies, expense processing systems, and internal support protocols
Skilled in collaborating with senior leaders, internal teams, and external partners
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
Professional service orientation and sound judgment when handling confidential matters
Job Description
In this role, you will provide administrative support to leaders and teams, ensuring seamless daily operations.
You’ll partner with senior associates and cross-functional teams to manage calendars, arrange meetings, organize travel, prepare documents, and support departmental needs. This includes booking meetings, handling expense claims, auditing records for accuracy, and acting as the primary point of contact for queries.
You will also maintain files, databases, and information systems to support team productivity and efficiency, contributing to the department’s success and employee experience.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Background in administrative support, operations, or office management

This opportunity is located in Los Angeles, CA and requires on-site work Monday through Friday
The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $32.00 – $35.80 per hour
This position may be eligible for benefits such as PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length of service and hours requirements
