Position Summary
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development (FALD). This position provides essential support in managing the office’s daily operations. The Administrative Assistant will assist with managing schedules, coordinating programs, and helping to maintain effective communication within the office.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Prior administrative support experience, preferably in an academic or professional office setting.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.
