Why This Role?
Hybrid opportunity based out of our Atlanta executive office — work both remotely and in-office
Support the executive team responsible for Field Operations — a critical function in delivering quality care across our national footprint
Coordinate strategic initiatives and special projects that directly impact patient care and operational success
Serve as a key liaison across leadership, hospital partners, and internal departments
Leverage your organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills to streamline processes and improve outcomes
Opportunity to grow into a trusted advisor, ensuring initiatives stay on track and aligned with company goals
What You’ll Do:
Provide high-level administrative support to Field Operations executives and other senior leaders as assigned
Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, develop agendas, and track follow-up actions across multiple workstreams
Create, edit, and format executive-level reports, presentations, and communications — often dealing with sensitive or confidential information
Serve as the primary point of contact between Field Operations and internal/external stakeholders
Facilitate provider onboarding documentation, training coordination, and hospital-specific credentialing processes
Track progress on key initiatives, flag issues, and support process improvements
Handle communications and correspondence with professionalism, discretion, and timeliness
Contribute to project planning, logistics, and team coordination for strategic meetings and initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3+ years of executive-level administrative experience in a fast-paced, matrixed organization
Experience supporting multiple senior leaders, ideally in healthcare or operations
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision
High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling confidential information
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with collaboration platforms a plus
Bachelor’s degree preferred
