Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support, and managing various office functions. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with staff, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in administrative processes.
Manage front desk activities, including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Coordinate event planning for company meetings, training sessions, and other corporate events.
Supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
Maintain accurate records of office supplies, ordering as necessary to ensure adequate inventory levels.
Utilize QuickBooks for financial record keeping and basic accounting tasks as needed.
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to streamline operations.
Assist with human resources functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel files.
Provide support in managing phone systems and ensuring effective communication within the organization.

Requirements

Proven experience in medical office management or a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of human resources practices is a plus.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
Experience in event planning and coordination is highly desirable.
Proficient in using phone systems with exceptional phone etiquette skills.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
