We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team with a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is a key role that ensures our office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally
Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems
Support bookkeeping and record-keeping as needed
Perform general office duties and support other staff as needed

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
High level of discretion and professionalism
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
