As a On-site Inside Sales / Office Admin. Representative, you will be helping grow sales by developing repeat business and building great relationships with existing accounts.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations and proposals for customers
Follow up, negotiate terms, and close transactions on deals
Complete reports regarding leads, quotes, expedites, and other related matters
Monitor customer orders, emails, phone calls, and special requests
Qualifications, Experience and Education:
High school diploma or equivalent experience
Strong prioritization, planning, and time-management skills
Strong desire to succeed and a sense of urgency
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Computer skills and knowledge, including Excel
Minimum of 2 years Customer Service/Inside Sales Experience
A background in Mechanical Engineering / Assembly is preferred
Pay: $40,000-$46,000
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $46,000.00 per year
