Job Summary
Heimark Distributing LLC is seeking a self-motivated and highly talented Administrative Coordinator to join our administrative team. The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for the inventory desk as well as Human Resources and Information Technology support.
This is a full-time position. Typical start time is 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
Inventory Desk
Review all inventory receipts, validate inventory received is accurate
Research and resolve inventory variances with warehouse staff and suppliers
Process payment of invoices for inventory receipts
Work with inventory suppliers to resolve discrepancies
Prepare periodic governmental excise tax filings and reports
Maintain and update accurate documentation of processes
Human Resources Support
Work with the HR Manager on day to day activities as well as special projects
Information Technology Support
Work with the IT Manager on various projects and to support end users

Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous experience in an office environment required
Knowledge of computer and Microsoft Office skills (including VIP, Excel and Word)
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and understand urgency and deadlines
Must be reliable to work 40 hours a week. Hours will generally be Monday Friday 8:00am-5:00.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills
Detail orientated with strong organizational skills
Quick learner, easily trained and adaptable to changing environments
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
Strong team player and willingness to help others
Bilingual is a plus but not required
