Objective: As an administrative assistant you will assist current students while they are currently active. Responsibilities of an administrative assistant include meeting with students to ensure their success and maintaining detailed records of students enrolled into the programs.
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in clerical tasks, file management, and excellent costumer service. Needs to be open to being cross-trained in other departments. HOURS ARE SET MONDAY-THURSDAY 11AM-8PM; FRIDAYS 8AM-5PM.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills
Computer skills necessary
Phone etiquette
Organizational skills
Time management skills
Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook
Strong work ethic
