Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Office Administrator to join our team. As a construction administrator, you will provide support to our construction team and ensure the smooth operation of our construction projects, our retail sales and their organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
– Provide administrative support to the construction team
– Organize and maintain construction project files and their billing
– researching and reviewing of product
– Job costing and budgeting
– Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
– Assist with scheduling and coordinating project timelines
– Managing our social media platforms with frequent posts ( depending upon the hire)
– Ordering materials and managing calendars
– General accounting
Skills
– Strong organizational and accounting skills with the ability to multitask effectively
– Proficient in Social Media Platforms
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
– Project focused
– a general knowledge of all facets of construction
