Overview
Administrative Assistant III Jobs in Berkeley, CA at Bay Systems Consulting Inc.
Coordinate and perform tasks to support the office manager and other executives. Interact with customers and vendors. Represent and communicate the company to customers and vendors through email and phone. Sanitize common surfaces in the reception, conference and mail rooms areas daily.
Primary reception for visitors and customers. Issue purchase orders for supplies and consumables. File employee employment records for safety, medical and HR. Answer main company phone lines and disburse calls to appropriate areas.
Education: HS or GED required. At least 2 years of equivalent experience in an office environment required. Construction Industry experience a plus.
Abilities: Team player, detail oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel and Outlook. Good communication skills, must read, write and understand the English Language. Speak and Understand Spanish is a plus.
M-F, from 8:00a to 5:00p with lunch from 12p to 1p. Minimal Overtime. Full Benefits.
