Administrative Assistant III Jobs in Superior, WI at Pima County

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. Positive attitude and common sense required.

Knowledge and/or experience in any of the following fields is a plus:

Real Estate
Construction
Accounting/Bookkeeping

**Responsibilities:**

– Process rental payments

– Engage with Tenants and ensure all of their needs are met

– create invoices and process bill payments

– Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events

– Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

– Handle incoming calls and other communications

– Perform data entry, maintain files, and records

– Provide general administrative support to staff

– Assist in resolving any administrative problems

– Ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

4 hour shift
8 hour shift
Day shift
Morning shift
No weekends
