Administrative Assistant III-Campus Jobs in Gatesville, TX at Windham School District
Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
– Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
– Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings and conferences
– Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
– Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
– Perform data entry and update databases
– Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
– Order office supplies and maintain inventory
– Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
– Assist with event planning and coordination
– Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Experience:
– Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
– Proficient computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office
– Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
– Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is required
