We are seeking a 6-month temporary Administrative Assistant III to provide comprehensive administrative support to 2-3 leaders within the Global Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards departments at Sony Pictures Entertainment. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for these executives, engaging with internal and external clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate meetings with multiple attendees, including booking conference rooms and preparing materials.
Manage complex calendars and schedule interviews for executive candidates with senior decision-makers, including C-Suite leaders.
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
Organize on-site and off-site work sessions, including agenda management, logistics, and catering.
Process expense reports and manage invoices, ensuring budget spreadsheets are up to date.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) extensively.
Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or coordinator, preferably in a Human Resources setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage a high volume of complex information and prioritize tasks effectively.
Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing gaps.
Capable of taking direction from multiple executives and managing workload accordingly.
Discreet and respectful of confidentiality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy.
A BA or BS in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
