Office and Admin Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Office and Admin Coordinator will ensure that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity within the company. The Office & Admin Coordinator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external office-related inquiries.
Oversee office supplies inventory, order replenishments, and manage vendor relationships.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed.
Maintain office cleanliness and functionality in coordination with facility services.
Assist with onboarding of new employees (workspace setup, supplies, access).
Prepare and process reports, documentation, and internal communications.
Support HR teams with administrative tasks and data entry.
Help organize company events, training sessions, and staff meetings.
Ensure all office equipment is well maintained and troubleshoot minor issues.
Track and manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.

Required Skills & Experience:

High School diploma or Degree in Business Management or Administration preferred.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.

2 + years of clerical/administrative assistant experience in a professional office environment.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Excellent customer service, hospitality, and interpersonal skills.

Discretion, good judgment, organizational or management ability, initiative, and the ability to work independently.

Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
