We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to keep our operations running smoothly and provide high-level support to the CEO. This role is a critical part of our team, ensuring that everything from scheduling to office logistics is handled efficiently. You will:

Executive & Administrative Support

  • Email Management: Prioritize, manage, and organize the CEO’s email inboxes, ensuring timely responses to critical communications.
  • Calendar Management: Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones while balancing priorities.
  • Personal Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, including personal errands and tasks, allowing them to focus on strategic decision-making.
  • Confidentiality Maintenance: Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.

Office Management

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist HR and finance with expense tracking, invoices, and payroll coordination.
  • Work in tandem with the CEO to organize company-wide events, summits, retreats, and other key gatherings, ensuring they align with leadership’s strategic and team-building objectives.

You have/can:

  • 1+ years of experience in executive assistance, administrative support, office management, or operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive attitude—you anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation:

💰 $16,000–$18,000 MXN, depending on experience + benefits.
