Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office operations. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to various departments, manage office tasks, and serve as a reliable point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications professionally and promptly.
Prepare reports, memos, and presentations as needed.
Coordinate and arrange travel plans, meetings, and appointments.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring resources are adequately stocked.
Assist in preparing and organizing events, meetings, and conferences.
Support various departments with clerical and organizational tasks.
Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
