About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Learning and Development team. The Training Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the organization’s training programs, including scheduling courses, creating training schedules, maintaining records, and providing administrative support for the team.

Primary Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the training schedule in collaboration with Training Managers.

Assist in the creation and distribution of training materials.

Maintain and update training records, including attendance and progress of all participants.

Liaise with trainers and staff to ensure smooth delivery of training programs.

Handle logistical arrangements, including supply ordering.

Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.

Respond to queries about training programs from employees and managers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Previous experience in an administration role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
