position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Entry Level Accounting Assistant. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in accounting within the dynamic construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Prepare and issue invoices and purchase orders.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and accounts.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
Support payroll processing and related documentation.
Assist in preparing financial reports as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; pursuing or holding a degree in Business or related field.
Previous experience in accounting or finance is a plus but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
