Join PepsiCo, dare to transformResponsibilitiesJOB PURPOSEThe marketing admin is responsible for supporting the marketing team in various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing activities.

Principal Accountabilities

Providing administrative support such as raising purchase orders, processing GRN and invoices, and following up internally on approvals as well as externally with vendors and suppliers.

Weekly meeting with marketing team to track budget.

Registering new vendors on the system and supporting with contracts and agreements for new vendors

Supporting with the artwork process from end to end. Responsibilities include managing artwork requests, gathering all relevant details from cross functional teams such as design specifications, branding guidelines, briefing artwork agencies and managing project timelines.

Coordinating marketing projects and initiatives such as organizing marketing materials (for internal or external events), tracking project timelines, following up with agencies and ensuring that deliverables are met.

Qualifications

Required: bachelor’s degree.

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in admin and budget management.

A working knowledge of marketing and tracking results is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft office and SAP is a plus.

The candidate is passionate to pursue a career in Marketing.
