Overview:

This position is responsible for providing administrative support and other related functions to the marketing and sales departments. This position will perform a variety of administrative support tasks including scheduling, reporting and tracking information, reviewing and responding to correspondence and phone calls as needed/requested, and other related administrative support functions.

Responsibilities:

Performs word processing and administrative support to provide timely, accurate and professional looking documents.

Prepares correspondence, reports, projects and PowerPoint presentations to meet timeline requirements from oral directions, rough drafts, and taped or handwritten copies. Proof read all work for accuracy of spelling, punctuation and grammar.

Organizes office projects to ensure accurate and professional looking documents and materials.

Maintains up-to-date distribution lists of Marketing Directors/Managers and Sales Directors/Managers.

Initiates and distributes internal and external communications to community staff and external customers.

Maintains overall marketing calendar, consolidates and communicates related activities/events.

Processes and prioritizes SVP, Marketing’s email.

Provides administrative support to promote office efficiency relieving team of administrative detail.

Provides backup support to other administrative support staff as need arises.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Post-secondary education

Three (3) or more years of secretarial/administrative support

Salary Range: $25.00
