Vector Fleet Management is seeking an Office Assistant to join our team in the New Wales, FL area. If you have at least one to two years of proven Administrative Assistant experience or have graduated from a related school or program, Vector Fleet Management wants to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Inventory reports produced at different intervals
Reconciling inventory counts
Tracking aging on invoices
Tracking and recording invoices with discounts
Receiving materials and entering into the software system
Performs other administrative duties as required by the Site Manager or Supervisors.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED
Office Assistant should have a minimum of one to two years’ experience
Office Assistant must be experienced with MS Word, Excel, Power Point and the Internet
Must have the ability/skills to answer phones and coordinate outside vendor activity
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
Excellent organizational and people skills
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
Acceptable driving record and pass drug test and background check
