We are looking for an Office Manager
Location – Orem, Utah, United States
Our team in Orem, Utah, is looking for an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Salt Lake City office and provide critical support to our executives. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a variety of tasks efficiently. This role is critical to our team’s success and will support various departments in our office while also assisting our executives.
Your part in our Team:
Manage day-to-day office operations, office organization, and office maintenance.
Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for the executive team.
Coordinate and support HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and record-keeping.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence for the executive team and provide information or redirect inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Maintain and update office policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the office functions smoothly and efficiently.
Oversee administrative staff and provide training and guidance as necessary.
Basic bookkeeping and coordination with external support.
Handling travel booking and travel expenses.
What you should bring along:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Experience with QuickBooks.
Knowledge of basic HR practices and Utah labour law.
Experience with office management procedures.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience with accounting and financial tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Familiarity with energy or related industries.
Previous experience as an executive assistant or HR Administrator is a plus.
