Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly adaptable and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to work closely with our CEO. This role is ideal for a fresh graduate who demonstrates a strong aptitude for learning, excellent organizational skills, and a positive attitude. You will receive comprehensive training to ensure you excel in supporting the CEO’s daily responsibilities, which span diverse business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence.
Coordination: Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Project Management: Assist in tracking and following up on projects, tasks, and deadlines.
Document Preparation: Draft emails, reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
Meeting Management: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take meeting minutes.
Research: Conduct research and compile information to assist in decision-making.
Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, and accommodations.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
Other Tasks: Take on additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations.

Preferred Skills and Attributes:

Educational Background: Recent graduate in any field; healthcare or business-related studies are a plus.
Attitude & Aptitude: Eager to learn, quick to adapt, and solution-oriented.
Organization Skills: Exceptional time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with productivity tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack.
Attention to Detail: Ability to handle multiple tasks without compromising on quality.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
Cultural Sensitivity: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a US-based leadership team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 – $36,000.00 per year
