Your new role

Supporting the senior leadership, you will primarily handle event coordination and travel arrangements, alongside various administrative tasks, office maintenance, and ensuring adequate supplies are available to support both clients and employees.

What you will need to succeed

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience as an executive assistant or administrator

Ideally you will come from Financial Services or Professional Services.

Extensive calendar and travel management skills

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proactive and able to work independently.
