Administrative Coordinator
Pay: $22 per hour
Cabrera Construction is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our operations running smoothly by handling a variety of administrative, customer service, and HR-related tasks. If you’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys wearing multiple hats, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Scheduling & Call Management – Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with leads. Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
HR Support – Assist with onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR-related tasks as needed.
Data Entry & Reporting – Accurately input data into systems and generate reports to support business operations.
General Administrative Support – Handle various clerical tasks, support office management, and assist different departments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Experience with scheduling, customer service, or administrative work is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools
