**Job Title:** Office Manager (Hybrid)
**Job Type:** Full-time
**Location:** remote and on-site hybrid, Albany GA and Tallahassee offices
**Salary Range:** $46,000 to $58,000 per year

**Responsibilities:**
Manage office operations and procedures
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
Handle payroll and other financial tasks
Assist in customer relations and communication
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Support HR functions such as recruiting and onboarding new employees
Manage office supplies and inventory
**Requirements:**
Proven experience as an office manager or similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a plus
