Responsibilities
Manage office operations.
Serve as a primary point of contact for phone systems, ensuring effective communication within the team and with clients.
Maintain financial records.
Developing ideas for social media and implementing them into our socials
Working with and communicating with other office managers to ensure the office is running smooth.
Staying organized and contributing to the organization of the office.
Qualifications
Proven experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with phone systems and office management software.
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
